SCENE INFORMATION: I love customs and this one was certainly a lot of fun to film! Matt has been captured by the serial tickler Ryan when he was passing by. Ryan had something for Matt. A new serum that causes his feet to be extra sensitive. Matt howls as the serum is applied and Ryan uses the hair brushes on the feet.
